Bayern vs. Arsenal predictions

Premier League Champions Arsenal head to Germany on Wednesday for one of the standout fixtures of the Champions League league phase, with Bayern Munich waiting at the Allianz Arena. There’s no knockout blow to land just yet, but this is the kind of heavyweight clash that makes a midweek afternoon feel like an occasion.

For the Gunners, a trip to Munich brings familiar opposition and a chance to make another statement on Europe’s biggest stage. Bayern, meanwhile, have home advantage and every intention of making it count. Three points would be valuable enough; taking them off a fellow contender would make victory that much sweeter.

Then there’s Harry Kane. The former Tottenham talisman hardly needs an introduction to Arsenal supporters, and few players would enjoy putting a dent in the Gunners’ European ambitions more. Keeping him quiet could go a long way toward deciding whether Arsenal leave Germany celebrating or wondering what might have been.

Whether you’re backing Arsenal to deliver on the road or Bayern to defend their home turf, Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook has plenty of ways to get involved. From moneyline bets and same game parlays to anytime goalscorer markets, here’s everything you need to know before the 3 p.m. ET kickoff at the Allianz Arena – including my Bayern Munich vs Arsenal predictions and best bets.

Arsenal vs. Bayern Munich Odds

The 2026/2027 tournament is still in it’s ‘League Phase’ meaning there’s no extra time today – everything will be decided within the 90-minutes plus stoppage time. With that in mind, the 3-way moneyline bet is the standard way to bet on the match outcome with prices available on either team to win, and the draw.

  • 🇩🇪 Bayern Munich to Win: +120
  • 🪢 Tie/Draw: +275
  • 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Arsenal to Win: +210

Who is favored to win, Bayern Munich or Arsenal?

The odds point to a close contest, with hosts Bayern Munich the slight betting favorites at +120 on the three-way moneyline – an implied win probability of approximately 45.5%. Arsenal are +210 to win, implying a 32.3% chance, while the draw at +275 carries an implied probability of 26.7%.

We calculated all of these percentages using our handy betting odds calculator, if you’re interested.

Bayern vs Arsenal Predictions

I’ve spent some time scanning the board and here are the bets that stand out for me for Bayern Munich vs. Arsenal. Keep in mind, Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook’s ‘Super Sub’ soccer promotion is active for this one meaning if we bet a player prop, and that player is substituted, the player that replaces them actually picks up the torch and carries the bet so these picks are made with that in mind.

Arsenal vs. Bayern Munich Best Bet: Draw +275

I like betting the draw in this one. Look, draw’s aren’t the most exciting outcome to bet and cheer for but at +275 I think there’s value, and here’s why:

Both of these teams are very good and are among the favorites to win the competition. We know Bayern can score goals at will and we know Arsenal are the most defensively sound side in Europe… and there’s a chance these two skillsets cancel themselves out.

Bayern currently sit atop the Bundesliga after six games averaging 3.5 goals per contest. Similarly in Europe they’ve scored eight times through the first two fixtures. While Arsenal are a different challenge, there’s enough firepower here to find a goal on home turf.

On the other side, Arsenal have been exceptional in Europe over the last few seasons. They topped the League Phase last year with a perfect 8-0-0 record, including a 3-1 home win over Bayern. Further, they progressed through seven knockout round games without losing either, falling only to PSG in penalties.

They can score goals, they can defend and see out results, and they have the have gained plenty of big game experience both at home and abroad. They’ve played 11 games so far this season across all competitions and have won ten of them. Simply put, Arsenal are hard to beat.

I’d also be OK backing: Double Chance: Arsenal or Draw (-155) – but the price gap between +275 and the -155 number pushes me towards the draw.

Best Anytime Goalscorer Bet: Bukayo Saka +250

I like Bukayo Saka to score in this one, especially at the +250 price point. He’s showed up big for the Gunners in Europe over the last few years and this match definitely fits the profile.

He scored the winner against Atlético in last season’s Champions League Semifinal. He scored away at PSG in the 24/25 UCL Semifinal, and he scored away at Real Madrid in the 24/25 Quarterfinal… and this Bayern team shipped 3 goals against Viking FK just last week so I expect there will be opportunities.

Further, he’s likely to take the penalty if one should be awarded, and if he’s withdrawn later on in the game we’ve got Super Sub to help us get over the line.

Champions League Futures Odds for Bayern, Arsenal

Both Bayern and Arsenal are among the favorites to lift the UCL trophy at the end of the season in Madrid:

  • Arsenal’s Odds to win the Champions League: +550
  • Bayern Munich’s Odds to win the Champions League: +600
