jonathan taylor next team odds

Jonathan Taylor could be one of the biggest names on the move before the NFL trade deadline and the Seattle Seahawks are the current betting favorite to acquire the star running back.

With the trade deadline set for November 10 at 4 pm ET, Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook is offering odds on Taylor’s team after the deadline expires. The defending Super Bowl Champion Seahawks are the favorites, followed by the Denver Broncos and New York Giants. Staying in Indianapolis, of course, remains an option too.

Here’s a look at the market and the teams leading the conversation.

Hard Rock Bet is currently offering odds on Jonathan Taylor’s Team After the Trade Deadline. Current odds include:

  • Seattle Seahawks: +225
  • Denver Broncos: +250
  • New York Giants: +375
  • Minnesota Vikings: +500
  • Indianapolis Colts: +500
  • Green Bay Packers: +1200
  • Cincinnati Bengals: +1500

The Favorite: Seattle Seahawks (+225)

The Seahawks elected not to retain Super Bowl MVP Kenneth Walker III in the offseason and two months into the new campaign we find Seattle sitting atop the odds board to acquire another bellcow back. At +225, the Seahawks are the betting favorite to secure JT.

There’s already a connection between these organizations: Indianapolis recently traded offensive lineman Quenton Nelson to Seattle. A Taylor deal would reunite the running back with his former teammate and give the Seahawks the piece they’ve been missing on offense this season without Kenneth Walker.

Denver Broncos and New York Giants Close Behind

The Broncos (+250) and Giants (+375) round out the top three, offering bettors two alternatives priced closely behind Seattle. The Seahawks are the favorite, but they’re not a big favorite.

Both the Broncos and Giants are in contention to win their division and have clear need at the running back position. At these prices, Denver and New York are firmly in the leading group.

Could Jonathan Taylor Stay With the Colts?

Absolutely – Indianapolis is listed at +500, behind four potential destinations: Seattle, Denver, New York and Minnesota. However, this will be a complicated deal to get done. Skill position players of Taylor’s quality don’t often move mid-season.

That being said, the +500 price offers an implied probability of just ~17% that Jonathan Taylor stays in Indianapolis.

The Colts gave him just eight carries on Sunday in the blowout loss to the Jags, and the market favors several possible moves over staying put, but ultimately the he’s still a fantastic player and an offer worth accepting will need to materialize for him to move.

Jonathan Taylor Trade Longshots

Beyond the leading five outcomes, the prices get considerably longer as we move down the board.

  • Green Bay Packers: +1200
  • Cincinnati Bengals: +1500
  • New England Patriots: +2000
  • Any Other Team: +4000

Green Bay has the best odds of securing Jonathan Taylor’s services outside of the top group, while Cincinnati and New England are available further down the board. Notably, you can take any team NOT offered at 40/1!
