Best Player Prop Bets and Predictions for Bears vs. Seahawks
The Bears and Seahawks each feature above-average units on both sides of the ball, setting up what should be an excellent football game. Whether you’re backing offensive or defensive success, make sure to check out the available player props in the football betting markets at Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook. The Stats Hub also offers insights and trends to help inform potential wagers, including our two best player prop bets for Bears vs. Seahawks below:
D’Andre Swift Over 59.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
The Bears will be without running back Kyle Monangai for the fourth consecutive game as he continues to deal with toe and thumb injuries. Monangai rushed for 146 yards and two touchdowns in Week 4 against the New York Jets but has been out ever since, leaving starting running back D’Andre Swift as the unquestioned lead back.
Swift is having a solid season, averaging 4.1 yards per carry and 68 rushing yards per game while already recording seven rushing touchdowns, just two shy of matching his single-season career high. He’s coming off a game in which he carried the ball a season-high 22 times and continues to be a factor in the passing game as well.
Seattle enters Monday night allowing the fewest net passing yards per game this season, meaning it could be a long night for Caleb Williams and Chicago’s passing attack. Seattle’s defense is also very good against the run, notably holding Kansas City running back Kenneth Walker III to 36 rushing yards last week. However, if the Bears are going to have success, they’ll need to get Swift and the run game going to at least open up the rest of the offense.
The Stats Hub notes that Swift has recorded 53 or more rushing yards in each of the Bears’ last 10 night games. That number is below his line for Monday night, but Swift is more than capable of reaching this mark, even against a stout defense like Seattle’s.
- D’Andre Swift Over 59.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
Sam Darnold Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (-120)
Sam Darnold isn’t having the same success he enjoyed last year during the Seahawks’ Super Bowl-winning season or even the year prior with Minnesota. However, he’s coming off one of his better performances this season after completing 71.4% of his passes for 257 yards and a touchdown in Seattle’s 20-3 win over Kansas City last week.
The issue for Darnold this year has been turnovers. He’s thrown at least one interception in each of his last five games and has eight on the season, tied for the third most in the NFL. Darnold also hasn’t thrown more than one touchdown pass in a game since Week 4 against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Despite that, the Stats Hub notes that Darnold has thrown three or more touchdowns in two of his last three appearances against NFC opponents. Chicago also features a very good defense like Seattle, but that’s largely due to how well the Bears have played against the run compared to opposing passing attacks.
It helps Darnold that he gets to throw the ball to 2025 NFL Offensive Player of the Year Jaxon Smith-Njigba, who also happens to lead the league in both receiving yards and receiving touchdowns this season. Darnold will also have some additional protection up front, with All-Pro left guard Quenton Nelson expected to make his Seahawks debut Monday night after being acquired in a trade with Indianapolis following Week 7.
- Sam Darnold Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (-120)

Bears vs. Seahawks Preview for MNF
This Bears vs. Seahawks matchup on Monday Night Football could very well be a playoff preview, given how these teams are playing and the expectations they each have. Those expectations were on full display when both organizations made blockbuster trades to acquire All-Pro talent within the last week.
We already mentioned the Quenton Nelson trade, with Seattle acquiring him for a 2027 third-round draft pick and a 2028 fifth-round draft pick. The Bears also made a massive trade of their own ahead of Week 8, sending 2027 and 2028 first-round picks and a 2027 fourth-round pick to Tennessee for All-Pro defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons and a 2028 fifth-round pick. Both players are expected to debut for their new teams Monday night.
The Bears will look to extend their winning streak to three games Monday night, which includes a 30-24 win last week over New England, the team Seattle beat in last year’s Super Bowl. Chicago quarterback Caleb Williams threw for 308 yards and two touchdowns in the win, wide receiver Luther Burden III caught four passes for 130 yards and a touchdown, and running back D’Andre Swift found the end zone once. The Bears also limited New England’s run game, resulting in quarterback Drake Maye leading the team with just 26 rushing yards.
The Seahawks went through a tough stretch in which they went 1-3 with close losses to Washington, San Francisco, and Denver between Weeks 3 and 6, but bounced back with a dominant 20-3 home win over Kansas City on Sunday Night Football last week. Kansas City totaled just 213 yards of offense, including only 50 rushing yards, and recorded 11 first downs in that matchup.
While the Seahawks’ offense was carried by Smith-Njigba and running back Emanuel Wilson last week, Seattle will get reinforcements in the backfield with Zach Charbonnet set to make his season debut and rookie Jadarian Price activated off injured reserve Monday ahead of the game. The Seahawks will, however, be without wide receiver Rashid Shaheed, who has been ruled out with a knee injury.
