The world’s best golfers make their way to Royal Birkdale in Southport, England this week for the 2026 Open Championship, the fourth and final major of the season. Players will tee off Thursday, July 16, as a field of 156 players competes for the Claret Jug and one of golf’s most prestigious and historic prizes. The Favorites: Can Scottie Get Back on Track?
World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler (+650) enters the week as the betting favorite at Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook despite missing his first cut in 78 consecutive starts last week at the Genesis Scottish Open.
