The Lakers took the first meeting 125-117 last Friday, led by Austin Reaves, who finished with 28 points and nine assists.
They are, however, coming off their first loss of the season after falling 136-129 at home to Portland on Tuesday night despite 41 points and nine assists from Luka Doncic. They’ll now face the Clippers on the second night of a back-to-back.
The Clippers last played on Sunday, falling 108-101 on the road against Oklahoma City. Darius Garland recorded a double-double with 16 points and 11 assists, but the Clippers committed 26 turnovers in the loss, including six from Garland.
