The PGA Tour heads to Dublin, Ohio, this week for the 2026 Memorial Tournament, set to tee off Thursday, June 4 and run through Sunday, June 7. The 50th edition of the signature event founded by Jack Nicklaus in 1976 returns to Muirfield Village Golf Club – affectionately known as “Jack’s Place” – with a limited 72-player field competing for a total purse of $20 million. The winner will take home $4 million, along with one of the most coveted traditions in all of golf: a handshake with the legendary Golden Bear himself.
The Tour arrives at Muirfield Village following one of the most dramatic finishes of the season at last week’s Charles Schwab Challenge. Russell Henley birdied his final three holes to force sudden death against Eric Cole, then drained a 5-footer on the first playoff hole to complete a stunning closing stretch of four straight birdies to capture his sixth career PGA Tour victory. Henley (+3000) is back in the field this week and brings a solid track record at Muirfield Village, including a T5 finish in 2025 and a T16 in both 2023 and 2024. Cole (+15000) is also in the field in Dublin as a longshot after narrowly missing out on his first career PGA Tour win.
The rest of this week’s field is the PGA Tour’s most loaded since the PGA Championship three weeks ago, and the odds board reflects it. Scottie Scheffler (+300) headlines as the heavy favorite as he looks to become the first player to win the Memorial in three consecutive years since Tiger Woods (1999-2001) – though he enters still searching for his first victory since January. Rory McIlroy (+900) is next, making just his eighth start of the season having competed in only two other events since winning The Masters back in April. Xander Schauffele (+1600), Cameron Young (+1600), and Ludvig Åberg (+1750) headline the next group of contenders after the world’s top two ranked players, followed by Matt Fitzpatrick (+2250) and Si Woo Kim (+2250).
Henley leads the next tier of golfers priced at 30-1, which also includes Tommy Fleetwood (+3000), Ben Griffin (+3000), and Patrick Cantlay (+3000). Cantlay is a two-time Memorial champion, having won the event in both 2019 and 2021, and added a T12 finish in last year’s rendition. Griffin finished runner-up here to Scheffler one year ago, while Fleetwood posted a T20 finish in 2024 and a T16 in 2025. After that group, Robert MacIntyre (+4000) stands alone as the only player priced at 40-1, followed by 2014 champion Hideki Matsuyama (+5000), Sam Burns (+5000), Rickie Fowler (+5000), Justin Thomas (+5000), and Min Woo Lee (+5000) as the final crop of golfers at 50-1 or shorter.
Notable longshots include Jordan Spieth (+6000), Chris Gotterup (+6000), Wyndham Clark (+7500), Sepp Straka (+7500), Aaron Rai (+7500), 2022 winner Billy Horschel (+50000), and 2013 winner Matt Kuchar (+50000).
