Clay Travis

Clay Travis is an author, broadcaster, and media commentator best known as the founder of OutKick, the sports and culture site he built from scratch in 2011 and grew into one of the most influential digital platforms in sports media before it was folded into Fox News Digital fifteen years later. Born in 1979, Travis is a graduate of George Washington University and Vanderbilt University Law School, and worked as a lawyer before turning to sports media full-time. He now serves as a Fox News Media contributor and continues to host OutKick the Show with Clay Travis on FS1, in addition to co-hosting The Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show. Known for a blend of sharp analysis, humor, and outspoken commentary on sports, politics, and culture, Travis has built a reputation as one of the most-heard voices in American media, reaching millions of listeners and readers across radio, television, and digital platforms. His writing and commentary range from college football to the business of sports to the intersection of sports and politics, and he's never shied away from a contrarian take.
