2026 French Open Odds

The clay-court season reaches its peak in Paris as the 2026 French Open returns to Stade Roland Garros for one of the most prestigious events in tennis. As one of the sport’s four Grand Slam tournaments, the French Open brings together the biggest stars from both the men’s and women’s tours for two weeks of singles, doubles, and mixed doubles action on the iconic red clay courts of Roland Garros.

Qualifying rounds are already underway ahead of the official main draw, with players competing for the final spots in both the men’s and women’s singles brackets. Practice sessions for top-ranked players are also taking place throughout opening week as anticipation builds toward the start of the main tournament on Sunday, May 24.

French Open Tournament Format

The 2026 French Open is a single-elimination tournament featuring 128-player singles draws for both the men and women, including qualifiers and wild card entries. Players advance by winning each round, with the tournament spanning seven rounds from the opening round through the finals.

Men’s singles matches are played in a best-of-five sets format, while women’s singles matches are best-of-three sets. Doubles tournaments for the men and women are also single elimination and played in a best-of-three format, while mixed doubles follows the same structure throughout the event.
