Rays vs. Brewers Best Bet: Rays Moneyline (-120)
The Brewers are up 2-0 in the series, and the Stats Hub notes that Milwaukee has won 14 of its last 15 games dating back to the regular season. The Brewers are hot and have won seven playoff games in a row, including an impressive four-game sweep of the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NLCS, but we’re going against them Monday night.
The Rays may have lost the first two games of the World Series, but both contests were one-run games. Tampa Bay needs to come through with more timely hitting because it has had opportunities but went 0-for-6 with runners in scoring position in Game 1 and then 3-for-14 with runners in scoring position in Game 2.
Freddy Peralta is on the mound for the Rays Monday night for Game 3, and if he can continue to pitch the way he has lately, Tampa Bay will have a good shot at winning this game. The offense, of course, has to come through and provide run support for him to make that happen.
- Rays vs. Brewers Moneyline Pick for World Series Game 3: Rays (-120)

Brewers vs. Rays World Series Game 3 Preview
The Brewers extended their MLB playoff winning streak to six games with a 3-2 victory in Game 1 to open the 2026 World Series. Christian Yelich and William Contreras each drove in a run in the first inning to give Milwaukee an early 2-0 lead, and Jacob Misiorowski did his job on the mound, tossing five strong innings.
Milwaukee’s playoff winning streak improved to seven games following its 5-4 comeback victory in Game 2. The Rays came out firing, scoring four first-inning runs highlighted by Liam Hicks’ two-run home run, but the Brewers didn’t roll over and give up.
After a deflating start to Game 2, the Brewers scored two first-inning runs of their own to cut the deficit to 4-2 and continued to chip away at Tampa Bay’s lead. Milwaukee scored one run in the fourth inning before Sal Frelick launched a solo home run in the sixth to tie the game at 4-4. Rookie shortstop Cooper Pratt then delivered the go-ahead RBI single in the seventh to put Milwaukee up 5-4, and the Brewers’ bullpen held on to secure the win and take a 2-0 series lead.
Robert Gasser, another rookie for the Brewers, will step into the spotlight to start Game 3. The left-hander has pitched very well so far this postseason, allowing only one run over nine innings across two starts.
The Rays are hoping veteran right-hander Freddy Peralta can come up big once again to prevent the team from falling into a troubling 3-0 series deficit. Peralta is set to start against the team where he spent the first eight years of his MLB career and is hoping to make his former team regret letting him go. Peralta is 2-0 with a 1.08 ERA across three starts and four overall appearances this postseason and was named the 2026 ALCS MVP.
