FedEx St. Jude Championship: PGA Tour Betting Odds & Full Field

The PGA Tour postseason gets underway this week as the 2026 FedEx St. Jude Championship returns to TPC Southwind in Memphis, Tennessee. The top 70 players in the season-long FedExCup standings have qualified for the first of three playoff events, with only the top 50 advancing to next week’s BMW Championship. A $20 million purse is up for grabs in Memphis, while the winner will take home $3.6 million and 750 FedExCup points.

Last week’s Wyndham Championship saw 24-year-old Michael Brennan run away from the field on Sunday to secure the second PGA Tour victory of his career. Brennan will make the quick turnaround and head to Memphis for the opening playoff event, where he’s listed at +6000 at Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook to make it back-to-back victories.

The Favorites

As usual, Scottie Scheffler enters the week atop the golf betting board at +500. The season-long FedExCup points leader will make his first start since the 3M Open at the end of July and has enjoyed plenty of recent success at TPC Southwind. Scheffler finished fourth in 2024 before a T3 finish at last year’s FedEx St. Jude Championship.

Rory McIlroy (+1100) owns the second-shortest odds as the three-time FedExCup champion returns to Memphis after skipping this tournament to manage his workload one year ago. McIlroy’s recent results at TPC Southwind have been mixed, with a T3 finish in 2023 sandwiched between a missed cut in 2022 and a T68 showing in his most recent appearance in 2024.

Xander Schauffele (+1600) joins Scheffler and McIlroy as the only other golfer in the field with odds shorter than 20-1. Schauffele has finished T24 or better in each of the last three FedEx St. Jude Championships, highlighted by a runner-up finish in 2024.

The Contenders

The next tier of competitors features Tommy Fleetwood and Sam Burns at +2000, followed by Matt Fitzpatrick, Hideki Matsuyama, Collin Morikawa and Cameron Young at +2250.

Fleetwood returns to TPC Southwind as the defending FedExCup champion and has consistently played some of his best golf at this event, finishing T3 in both 2023 and 2025 before ultimately going on to capture the season-long title last year.

Matsuyama, meanwhile, enters the playoffs in outstanding form with four consecutive finishes of T14 or better, including a T3 and T5 in his last two starts. The 2024 FedEx St. Jude champion has also thrived at TPC Southwind, finishing T17 or better in each of his three appearances at the course.

Morikawa will look to continue his resurgent 2026 campaign after returning to the winner’s circle at Pebble Beach in February. He has finished T18 or better in seven of his 10 starts heading into this week and has been similarly consistent in Memphis, recording four finishes of T22 or better in four appearances at TPC Southwind, including a T5 in 2022.

Other Notables to Consider

Several more established names sit just behind that group. Patrick Cantlay (+3000), the 2023 runner-up, is joined at 30-1 by Chris Gotterup and Ludvig Åberg.

Wyndham Clark, Viktor Hovland and Jackson Koivun are among the golfers listed at +4000, with Hovland returning to Memphis after finishing runner-up at TPC Southwind in 2024.

Defending FedEx St. Jude champion Justin Rose and 2025 runner-up J.J. Spaun are both listed at +6000, while 2022 runner-up Sepp Straka enters as one of the tournament’s bigger longshots at +20000.
