As part of another edition of Lenny’s Locks, presented by Hard Rock Bet, we broke down one of the NFL‘s most unpredictable divisions – the NFC East.

With bettors putting together offseason parlays and looking for an edge before the 2026 season kicks off, we talked through the Dallas Cowboys’ win total, debated who ultimately wins the division, and shared our favorite value pick.

NFC East Prediction: Cowboys Over 9.5 Wins (+110)

Lenny’s Lock is that the Cowboys will go over 9.5 wins. But they will not make the Super Bowl.

Same old Cowboys.

Jarvis Landry on the NFC East

Let’s make an NFC East prediction. Who wins the division?

Is it the Giants? They’ve got our guy Odell Beckham Jr. back. Cam Skattebo comes back. Malik Nabers could be back healthy after his injury. They might have a chance.

Then you’ve got the Eagles. They lost A.J. Brown, but they still have Jalen Hurts, Saquon Barkley, and most of that roster is still intact.

And don’t forget about the Commanders. Jayden Daniels was injured last year, but now he’s back. They did lose Deebo Samuel, but they added some weapons throughout the offseason.

NFC East Betting Pick: Giants NFC East Winner (+550)

Lenny’s sneaky bet would be the Giants.

There’s nothing like a team that’s still unfolding. Everything is new. You don’t know what they’re going to look like in Week 1. You don’t know what the offense is going to be like.

Skattebo is back, and I like him. I do think he needs to work on a few things. He’s an old-fashioned downhill runner. I’d like to see a little more wiggle from him. Get him involved in the passing game.

Eagles NFC East Winner (+125)

Overall I have to go with the Eagles.

I think they make the playoffs, if not win the Super Bowl. Their team is just that good.
