The PGA Tour remains on the east coast and heads to Cromwell, Connecticut this week for the 2026 Travelers Championship. The eighth and final signature event of the season will take place at TPC River Highlands, teeing off on Thursday, June 25 and concluding on Sunday, June 28. A field of 72 of the world’s best players will compete in this no-cut event for a total purse of $20 million.

The Tour makes the short trip over to Connecticut from Long Island, New York, where the third major of the year wrapped up at Shinnecock Hills on Sunday afternoon. Wyndham Clark (+4000 pre-tournament) managed to avoid what would’ve been the biggest collapse in U.S. Open history after his six-shot lead nearly disappeared to secure his second U.S. Open title in the last four years. Following his second career major victory, Clark is back in the field this week at +2500 at Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook. Sam Burns, who was inches away from forcing a potential playoff on the 18th and finished runner-up to Clark, is also in the field this week at +2000.

As for the rest of the field, Scottie Scheffler (+400) once again opens as the favorite. The 2024 Travelers champion has finished no worse than T6 in each of the last three seasons at TPC River Highlands and will look to build on a strong showing at Shinnecock, where he finished tied for 4th in the U.S. Open.

Just behind Scheffler is another former champion, as 2022 Travelers winner Xander Schauffele (+1600) comes in with the second-shortest odds. In addition to his win, Schauffele has finished T20 or better in five of his seven starts in this event.

Tommy Fleetwood (+1750) and Cameron Young (+1750) follow as the only other golfers will odds shorter than 20-1. Fleetwood was a runner-up at the 2025 Travelers Championship and enters this week with serious momentum following three straight weeks finishing T11 or better.

Other notable contenders include defending champion and two-time Travelers winner Keegan Bradley (+5000), 2021 winner Harris English (+5000), and Brian Harman (+5000), who has dominated this course – finishing T9 or better in five consecutive seasons and seven of the last eight.
