NFL Week 4 opens with a historic AFC North rivalry in Cleveland, Ohio, as the Browns (2-1) welcome the Pittsburgh Steelers (2-1) to Huntington Bank Field for Thursday Night Football. All four teams in the division own a 2-1 record, meaning the winner of Thursday night’s game will have sole possession of first place in the AFC North, at least until Sunday.
The Steelers are coming off a big win against Joe Burrow and fellow AFC North rival Cincinnati in Week 3, in which Pittsburgh totaled 411 yards of offense. In what is expected to be his final season in the NFL, veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers threw for nearly 300 yards and three touchdowns in the win, while running back Jaylen Warren recorded 176 scrimmage yards and averaged 7.5 yards per carry.
There was a lot of uncertainty surrounding the Browns heading into the 2026 season after trading away 2025 Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett and not knowing who would be the starting quarterback to open the year.
Veteran quarterback Deshaun Watson ended up winning the job after a difficult first four years of his Cleveland career that included a lengthy suspension and multiple major injuries. Despite a 34-10 loss to Jacksonville to open the 2026-27 campaign, Watson has played very well over the last two weeks, leading the Browns to back-to-back wins over Tampa Bay and Carolina.
Divisional games are always important, especially when every team is playing well enough to bunch up the top of the standings like the AFC North heading into Week 4. Although it’s still early in the season, Thursday night’s game could end up having serious implications further down the road come playoff time, so expect both the Steelers and Browns to bring their A-game.

Best Player Prop Bets and Predictions for Steelers vs. Browns
Check out three of the best player prop bets for Steelers vs. Browns below in our predictions for Thursday Night Football, using football betting insights and trends from Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook’s Stats Hub to support our picks:
Denzel Boston Over 38.5 Receiving Yards (-120)
The Stats Hub notes that Browns wide receiver Denzel Boston has recorded 41 or more receiving yards in each of Cleveland’s last three games while also scoring a touchdown in two of the team’s last three contests. Those three games were the first three of Boston’s NFL career.
The Browns drafted Boston 39th overall in the 2026 NFL Draft out of Washington, and he’s made an immediate impact on the offense. He caught a touchdown pass in his NFL debut in Week 1 and then had five receptions for 95 yards and another touchdown in the Week 2 win against Tampa Bay. While he had just two catches in Week 3 against Carolina and couldn’t keep his touchdown streak alive, those two receptions still resulted in a modest 41 yards.
The Steelers are coming into Thursday Night Football a little banged up in the secondary, as both Jalen Ramsey and Brandin Echols were limited participants in practice this week and carry questionable designations for the game. He hasn’t played this season due to injury and a contract standoff, but 2023 32nd overall pick cornerback Joey Porter Jr. also won’t be taking the field after being traded to Dallas ahead of this matchup.
Boston has emerged as a reliable target for Deshaun Watson through the first three weeks, so look for that to continue on Thursday Night Football.
- Denzel Boston Over 38.5 Receiving Yards (-120)
Quinshon Judkins Over 56.5 Rushing Yards (-120)
We’re sticking with the Browns offense and another young playmaker in second-year running back Quinshon Judkins. The 2025 second-round pick put together a solid rookie season in which he rushed for 827 yards and seven touchdowns, but he got off to a slow start in 2026.
Judkins carried the ball 12 times for 33 yards in the Week 1 loss to Jacksonville and then averaged just 1.8 yards per carry in Week 2 with only 21 rushing yards. Unfortunately, his low yards per carry has been an issue early in his career, with much of that having to do with a subpar Cleveland offensive line. Still, you can’t ignore the fact that Judkins is averaging 3.5 yards per carry in 17 career games and just 3.0 yards per carry through the first three weeks of this season.
The good news is that Judkins has had 12 or more carries in every game so far this season and is coming off his best performance of the year, recording 18 carries for 70 yards in the win against Carolina. He also faces a favorable matchup Thursday night against a Pittsburgh defense that is allowing 113 rushing yards per game this season.
The Stats Hub notes that Judkins has recorded 59 or more rushing yards in five of his seven previous appearances at Huntington Bank Field.
- Quinshon Judkins Over 56.5 Rushing Yards (-120)
Pat Freiermuth Over 27.5 Receiving Yards (-115)
Pat Freiermuth has put together a solid career since the Steelers drafted the tight end in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft and has played well through the first three weeks of this season. He’s recorded 30 or more receiving yards in all three games, including a season-best five catches for 46 yards and a touchdown in Pittsburgh’s Week 1 win over Atlanta. In fact, the Stats Hub notes that Freiermuth has recorded 30 or more receiving yards in each of the Steelers’ last five regular-season games.
Freiermuth has proven to be a go-to target for quarterback Aaron Rodgers, having recorded the third-most receptions and tying for the fourth-most targets on the Steelers last season in 2025. That trust hasn’t dwindled to start 2026, as Freiermuth is tied for the team lead in receptions and owns both the third-most targets and receiving yards on the Steelers heading into Week 4.
- Pat Freiermuth Over 27.5 Receiving Yards (-115)
