Major League Baseball playoffs are continuing tonight, and I’ve got props sprinkled across all the games.
I have three separate bets that I’m going to place individually for Rays-Yankees, but if you put them together in a Same Game Parlay at Hard Rock Bet, you can get them at just over 4-1 odds.
Yankees vs. Rays Best Bets & Props
Let’s start with the SGP, and then I’ll dive into some of the other props from the other games.
Leg 1: Chandler Simpson Under 1.5 Hits, Runs & RBI
I’ll start with Chandler Simpson.
When you look at Simpson’s numbers overall on the road, he’s averaging just under two hits, runs and RBI, going Over in 54% of games. Not great.
When you look against lefties on the road, Simpson has gone Under in eight of his last 10. In fact, he’s hitting .222 against Max Fried in his career.
The crazy thing about the Rays is their lefty-righty splits. They actually have the most drastic lefty-righty splits when it comes to OPS: .678 against lefties and .751 against righties.
Leg 2: Yankees -1.5 Run Line
That pours into the -1.5 run line.
I don’t normally like to lay 1.5, but that’s how confident I am in the New York Yankees. They’re the third-most profitable home team when it comes to betting them on the run line.
The Yankees have just over a 12% return on investment at home on the run line this season, and you’re up just under 12 units if you’ve bet every single Yankees home game on the run line.
Leg 3: Max Fried Over 4.5 Strikeouts
Max Fried has really good numbers against the Rays when it comes to strikeouts. He’s gone Over in three of four, averaging just over six strikeouts a game.
The Rays have one of the lower strikeout rates in baseball, but when you look at lefties lately, six of the last eight lefties have gone Over their strikeout prop when facing Tampa Bay.
Fried is averaging about five strikeouts a start at home and has gone Over in three of five home games at night this year.
If you parlay all three legs, it pays out around +427 at Hard Rock Bet.
Dodgers vs. Braves Best Bets & Props
The other games also stood out to me when it came to player props.
Tyler Glasnow Over 6.5 Strikeouts
I thought 6.5 looked a little high for Dodgers starter Tyler Glasnow, but when I really dove into it, it’s not that high.
Glasnow has gone Over 6.5 strikeouts in five of six starts since returning, with 11 strikeouts in his last start.
Since he’s been a Dodger, he has 25 strikeouts in 17 innings against Atlanta.
Austin Riley is 1-12 with eight strikeouts against him. Michael Harris II has five strikeouts in 10 at-bats against him as well.
There are a lot of strikeouts on the table for Tyler Glasnow tonight.
Ronald Acuña Jr. Under 1.5 Hits, Runs & RBI
A player that I’m low on in this series is Ronald Acuña Jr., so I’m looking at Under 1.5 hits, runs and RBI.
He’s gone 15 straight playoff games without an RBI. He’s 3-21 with no extra-base hits this postseason.
We’ve got to take advantage of these players that are slumping.
For Acuña Jr., I’m just going to keep riding this slump and take Under 1.5 hits, runs and RBI. He might also be a little limited because of his knee injuries.
Brewers vs. Padres Best Bets & Props
In the late game between the Brewers and Padres, I’m once again fading Fernando Tatis Jr.
Fernando Tatis Jr. Under 1.5 Total Bases
Give me Under 1.5 total bases.
Tatis Jr. is 1-18 over his last four postseason starts. It’s that simple.
