Joe Pisapia’s Best Bet: Rays Moneyline (-116)
I’m going to take the Rays on the moneyline today with a little bit of upset action here because it’s listed real close.
The Yankees are on the road. The offense has been on the struggle bus without Aaron Judge. Cam Schlittler is on the mound. But again, Schlittler has been a little rough lately, too. He’s going through a rough patch.
So, I’m going to fly close to the sun like Icarus today, and I’m going to take the Rays on the moneyline.
Chris Welsh’s Best Bet: MIL-STL Over 8 Runs (-110)
I’m going with the Brewers and the Cardinals over eight runs. I’m either going to fix Dustin May here or this is going to cash in the third inning because May has been bad since his complete game on June 15.
I’m not a big Shane Drohan guy for the Brewers. I think the Cardinals offense is going to be able to get to him possibly a little bit early, and we’ll see where that bullpen goes.
They sneakily lined this at eight runs, which is nice. I mean, you’d love 7.5, but I’m going to go with over eight runs total scored here between both teams.
I like a little bit more offense than is being given credit for. So, that is my Hard Rock Bet of the day.
