I’m taking the Dodgers and the Giants Over 7.5 at -115.
Tyler Mahle is taking the mound for the Giants. He allowed eight earned runs, walked five batters, and gave up four homers in his last start.
A couple times out ago against the Mets, who have been terrible, he also allowed eight hits and five earned runs.
Against this Dodgers lineup, I don’t even know if Ohtani needs to factor into this pitching on the other side. I think the Dodgers could put up eight themselves against Mahle.
But it just feels like a very, very low number. I think it’s because Ohtani is on the other side, and he’s been running really pure.
So even if it’s something like five for Mahle, three for Ohtani, I think we get this one Over 7.5 one way or another.
