How do I signup for Reward Drops?
Every Hard Rock Bet player is automatically enrolled. New users start at Level 1 and begin earning Unity Points and weekly Thursday Drops immediately.
What are monthly Levels and what are the benefits?
They’re your fast track to better rewards. Earn Level Credits for every wager. The more you play, the faster you climb. You keep any Level you reach through the end of the following month.
Levels range from 1 to 7, plus the exclusive, invite–only Signature Level.
How do I open my weekly Drop?
Visit the Promo page every Thursday around noon and tap “Open my Drop.” You’ll see rewards based on your Level as of Wednesday at midnight. Drops expire the following Wednesday at midnight.
How long do I keep my level?
You keep it through the current calendar month and all of the next month. Credits reset the 1st of each month. Hit your Level again to maintain it for another month and then keep climbing!

How do I signup for Legendary Reward Drops?
You’re already in. Every Hard Rock Bet player is automatically enrolled. New users start at Level 1 and begin earning Unity Points and weekly Thursday Drops immediately.
What are monthly Levels and what are the benefits?

How do I earn Level Credits?
Every wager earns Level Credits (except First Person Craps in NJ). Credit amounts depend on your wager and odds.
Use the calculator in the Unity tab to estimate your Credit earnings.
How do I earn online Unity Points?
For every Level Credit, you earn Unity Points. Your Unity Point multiplier = your Level (e.g., Level 4 = 4x). Reach Level 5 and earn 5x Unity Points per Level Credit.
Signature Level receives an 8x Unity Point multiplier for the best loyalty point value in the industry.
How do I open my weekly Drop?

How do I become Signature Level?
To be considered for our exclusive invite-only Signature Level, we typically look at your level of play and engagement across our online sportsbook and casino and will reach out if you meet the criteria. Already a VIP elsewhere? You can apply for a status match
How do I redeem online Unity Points?
Go to the Rewards Store in the app and redeem for free play, concert tickets, hotel packages, and more. Or transfer to your Unity account to redeem at participating Hard Rock properties.
