Morocco takes on Haiti in Wednesday’s World Cup action, with the two teams playing for very different outcomes. With a win over Haiti, Morocco can claim the Group C title if Brazil loses to Scotland or if that match ends in a draw. Meanwhile, Haiti has already been eliminated from contention but will still be playing for pride in its final match of the tournament.

Morocco enters the final group-stage match tied with Brazil atop Group C on four points, though Brazil currently owns the tiebreaker on goal differential. The two teams played to a draw in their opening match before each picked up a victory last week, including Morocco’s 1-0 win over Scotland. Morocco controlled 59% possession and recorded 12 shots in the victory but managed just two shots on target. One of those found the back of the net when Ismael Saibari scored in the second minute off an assist from Brahim Díaz, and that proved to be the only goal of the match.

Haiti is playing in just its second World Cup and first since 1974, but unfortunately its 2026 campaign will come to an end after Wednesday’s match. Haiti was shut out 1-0 by Scotland in its opener and followed that up with a 3-0 loss to Brazil last week.

Morocco must win Wednesday to guarantee a top-two finish in Group C and remain in contention for first place. If Brazil defeats Scotland, however, Morocco would need to make up the goal-differential gap to leapfrog Brazil and capture the group title.

Morocco vs. Haiti Best Bet: Both Teams to Score – No

Morocco has scored in each of its first two matches, while Haiti has yet to find the back of the net. Morocco has allowed just one goal through two matches, while Haiti has conceded four.

The two teams have posted somewhat similar shot totals through the tournament. Morocco has attempted four more shots than Haiti, and both teams have recorded five shots on target. The difference is that Morocco has converted two of those opportunities into goals, while Haiti has yet to score.

With Morocco still playing for a potential Group C title and likely needing goals to improve its standing against Brazil, expect the Atlas Lions to attack with urgency throughout the match. Haiti’s struggles in front of goal make the “Both Teams to Score – No” market an appealing option.
