The Western Conference Finals head back to San Antonio for Game 6 on Thursday night, with the Spurs staring down elimination and the Thunder one win away from a second straight trip to the NBA Finals.

Oklahoma City took control of this series on its home floor, riding a 32-point performance from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and 20 from Jared McCain – who was making his first career playoff start – to a convincing 127-114 win in Game 5. The defending champions now have the chance to punch their ticket back to the Finals, where the New York Knicks are patiently waiting after sweeping the Cleveland Cavaliers.

For San Antonio, it’s win-or-go-home at the Frost Bank Center. Victor Wembanyama has been sensational in this series with 28.2 points per game, but the Spurs will need more than just their franchise cornerstone to extend this one to a decisive Game 7 on Saturday.
