How do I signup for the Unity by Hard Rock loyalty program?
A Unity by Hard Rock account will automatically be created when you signup at Hard Rock Bet. If you already have a Unity account we will automatically link your existing Unity account to your Hard Rock Bet account so that you can earn both Unity Points and Unity Tier Credits.
Will all of my play earn Unity Points and Unity Tier Credits?
Yes – every wager earns:
- Unity Points
- Unity Tier Credits
- Level Credits (for Reward Drops program)

How do I climb Unity Tiers?
Earn Unity Tier Credits by playing online or at participating Hard Rock locations. Unity Tiers are annual. It takes:
- 4,000 credits to reach Legend
- 15,000 for Icon
- X Tier is invite-only
How do I redeem online Unity Points?

How do I transfer online Unity Points between Hard Rock Bet and Unity by Hard Rock?
Go to Account > Rewards > Unity Tab, then tap “Transfer Points.”
Do online Unity Points and Unity Tier Credits expire?
- Unity Points never expire if you play every 180 days.
- Unity Tier Credits reset on January 1 annually.
I love Hard Rock Bet but currently have loyalty status elsewhere – will you match my status?
Yes, and welcome to the party! Click here and we’ll consider a status match for your Unity Tier and Signature Level.
Can I buy Hard Rock Live tickets?
Yes! Find them in the Rewards Store. Tickets are limited and go fast, so act quickly. A Hard Rock rep will contact you within 72 hours to confirm your purchase. Your name will be put on the Will Call list for you to pickup at the venue on the day of the event.
How do I make a reservation if I’ve purchased a Hard Rock resort or hotel package?
You will be notified within 3 days of purchase, confirming your order. A Hard Rock representative will reach out to you to help you with your reservation.
