Super Bowl LX is finally here, and across The Volume podcast network, talent landed all over the place when making their picks for Seahawks vs. Patriots.
Below is a full recap of Super Bowl betting picks, show by show, featuring game picks, props, parlays, and everything in between from our friends over at The Volume.
Colin Cowherd’s Super Bowl Picks:
- Patriots +5
- Under 45.5
- Sam Darnold Under 1.5 Passing TDs
Colin Cowherd’s Super Bowl pick is less about one individual bet and more about a full game script.
He’s backing the Patriots +5, pairing it with Under 45.5, and packaging both into a featured Same Game Parlay alongside Sam Darnold Under 1.5 passing touchdowns. Colin’s anticipating a tight, methodical Super Bowl where New England stays competitive, the pace remains slow, and big passing numbers are hard to come by.
Players at Hard Rock Bet can tail Colin’s featured parlay in the app or online all weekend long ahead of Sunday’s kickoff.
Nick Wright’s Super Bowl Picks:
Nick Wright rolled out one of the most extensive Super Bowl prop cards across The Volume network.
His anytime touchdown plays include Kenneth Walker III (-200), Cooper Kupp (+260), and Drake Maye (+275), while his quarterback props involve backing Sam Darnold and fading Drake Maye:
- Sam Darnold Over 232.5 Passing Yards (-115)
- Sam Darnold Over 19.5 Completions (-135)
- Drake Maye Under 1.5 Passing TDs (-160)
For his rushing props, Nick is targeting creative usage with Shaheed and JSN, while anticipating a slow night on the ground and potentially some late-game kneels from Darnold:
- Rashid Shaheed Over 4.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
- Jaxon Smith-Njigba Over 0.5 Rushing Yards (+275)
- Drake Maye Over 37.5 Rushing Yards (-120)
- Sam Darnold Under 6.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
On the receiving side, he’s looking past each team’s top wideouts, targeting this trio instead:
- Rashid Shaheed Over 22.5 Receiving Yards (-115)
- Pop Douglas Over 10.5 Receiving Yards (-115)
- Mack Hollins Under 27.5 Receiving Yards (-115)
In terms of receptions, Nick is fading both Walker and TreVeyon Henderson, while expecting a lot of volume headed Stefon Diggs’ way:
- Kenneth Walker Under 2.5 Receptions (+100)
- TreVeyon Henderson Under 0.5 Receptions (+140)
- Stefon Diggs Over 4.5 Receptions (-125)
On the other side of the football, Nick added a pair of sack props to back Seattle’s defensive line:
- DeMarcus Lawrence Over 0.5 Sacks (+115)
- Leonard Williams Over 0.5 Sacks (+150)
Last but not least, he rounded out his card with a handful of team totals, game props and Super Bowl specials:
- Patriots Under 18.5 Total Points (+115)
- Most Passing Yards: Sam Darnold (-120)
- Longest Reception: Rashid Shaheed (+700)
- Longest Successful Field Goal Over 49.5 Yards
- Each Team to Convert a 4th Down (+125)
- Over 2.5 Players to Attempt a Pass (+160)
Damonza’s Super Bowl LX Bets

- Cooper Kupp — Most Receiving Yards (+1300)
- Sam Darnold Under 232.5 Passing Yards (-120)
- Stefon Diggs to Catch a Pass on New England’s First Drive (+130)
- Kenneth Walker Anytime TD (-200)
- Seattle 1H -5.5 (+125)
- Gatorade Color: Yellow/Green/Lime (+275)
Richard Sherman’s Super Bowl Picks
Seahawks legend Richard Sherman broke down Super Bowl LX on this week’s podcast, explaining how he expects this game to play out.
Sherman believes New England will struggle early against Seattle’s defensive line, pointing to the Patriots’ tendency to start slow and issues handling pressure. In his prediction, Seattle leads 13-3 at halftime, then withstands a Patriots push before pulling away in the second half.
Game Picks, MVP & Final Score Prediction
- Moneyline: Seahawks
- Spread: Seahawks -4.5
- Final Score: Seahawks 24, Patriots 10
- Super Bowl MVP: Sam Darnold
Sherman credited Mike Vrabel and New England’s foundation, but ultimately believes Seattle is the more complete team and finishes the job in Santa Clara.
Sharp or Square Super Bowl Picks
Sharp or Square has been one of the most active shows attacking Super Bowl LX, and their stance is clear: Seattle is the side.
Chad Millman backed the Seahawks at multiple numbers, including Seattle -3.5 at open and his featured Chad’s Choice: Seattle -6.5 (+115). The show also leaned into early-game caution with its Brass Balls Bet of the Week: Patriots First Drive Punt (-113), reflecting expectations of a slow start for New England.
Beyond standard leans, Sharp or Square submitted a full Official Super Bowl Contest Card for the final game of the NFL season:
- Seattle -4.5
- Patriots 1H +3.5
- Under 45
- Drake Maye Over 19.5 Completions
- Rhamondre Stevenson Under 53.5 Rushing Yards
Chad and Simon also gave out three additional picks, including Sam Darnold to win Super Bowl MVP (+125), a long shot MVP play on Rashid Shaheed (+2500), and Kenneth Walker 20.5 receiving yards.
They touched on countless other props during Thursday’s Super Bowl prop bet show, all provided by guest Brandon Anderson.
John Middlekauff Super Bowl Picks
John Middlekauff’s Super Bowl analysis began with major respect for New England’s coaching staff, but ultimately landed on Seattle being the better team over 60 minutes. That being said, he gave out Seahawks -4.5 as his official game pick on this week’s podcast.
In fact, he likes Seattle -4.5 a lot, pointing to roster strength and overall matchup edges, while acknowledging the one factor that gives him pause: Mike Vrabel. He emphasized that Vrabel is far more than just a culture coach, highlighting his attention to detail, clock management, and willingness to exploit rule-book edges – the kind of small advantages that can make a difference in a Super Bowl.
Still, he believes Seattle’s advantages outweigh that coaching gap, especially if the game stays within a normal script.
MVP, Anytime TD & a Defensive Prop
- Sam Darnold – Super Bowl MVP (lean)
- 1+ Interception Return TD (+650)
- Kayshon Boutte Anytime TD (+325)
If you’re backing Seattle, John views Darnold to Win Super Bowl MVP as a natural extension of that position. He also likes either team to return an interception for a touchdown at +650, given the turnover histories of both quarterbacks and the likelihood of pressure-induced mistakes if either team is forced to chase in this game.
Middlekauff’s anytime touchdown dart is on Kayshon Boutte (+325), noting that if New England is going to score through the air, it’s likely to come via a deep shot or broken play. He pointed to Drake Maye’s willingness to push the ball downfield and Boutte’s role as the receiver most capable of flipping the game with one or two explosive plays.
Sophie Cunningham & West Wilson Super Bowl Picks
- West’s Pick: Patriots +4.5
- Sophie’s Pick: Seahawks ML
The Show Me Something hosts landed on opposite sides, but for very different reasons.
West Wilson ultimately settled on Patriots +4.5, pushing back hard on the idea of a blowout. He cited Super Bowl preparation, a neutral site, and natural variance as reasons this game should tighten late, calling it a likely one-score finish.
Sophie Cunningham went the other direction, backing Seahawks moneyline. Her pick was strictly rooted in personal ties, noting that three Missouri Tigers play for the Seahawks – including a very close friend from college in Seahawks backup QB Drew Lock.
Club 520 Super Bowl Picks
Club 520 was split right down the middle.
Mook and DJ Wells are backing the Seahawks on the moneyline, while B Hen and Jeff Teague are riding with the Patriots moneyline.
Joe & Jada Super Bowl LX Picks
As always, Joe & Jada brought personality – and a split on who they’re backing.
Fat Joe is backing Patriots +4.5, riding their momentum and his recent betting success with New England.
Jadakiss, on the other hand, is firmly on Seahawks -4.5 – driven by belief in Sam Darnold’s redemption arc, framing this Super Bowl as the moment where Darnold’s journey finally comes full circle.
