Daniel Cormier’s NFL Picks for Wild Card Weekend
We got the Rams and the Panthers. I’m giving you the Rams because the Panthers, they’re terrible, but they just got lucky because they’re in the NFC South with the rest of us and we’re all terrible. So, they’re in the playoffs by default. When a whole bunch of bad teams are playing for a playoff spot, somebody’s got to go. Hopefully it doesn’t look like James Madison in the college football playoffs this year.
The Packers and the Bears. I mean, the Bears just beat the Packers, but that can go either way. If I’m going to lean in one direction, I’m going to lean with the team that actually won the last game. I’m taking the Chicago Bears.
The Chargers and the Patriots. The Patriots have proven to be the Patriots of old again. They are fantastic. What a team. I will take the New England Patriots.
The Bills and the Jaguars. Guys, it is universally thought that this is the best chance for Josh Allen. So, I’m going to think and say that the Bills will get the job done behind the arm of the great Josh Allen.
And the 49ers and the Eagles. Hey, I hate it. I hate it, but I live in the Bay and when they got beat the way they got beat last weekend, I know that the Niners will have something to prove. Give me the San Francisco 49ers.
